I have learned to really enjoy Lebkuchen cookies. Now I look forward to the holidays when I can find them at the grocery store. The TJ's are pretty good.

Brussels sprouts are really good roasted w/ parm. Heat the oven to 425 convection or 450 standard, line a cookie sheet with parchment, sprinkle good parm right on the sheet, wash & dry sprouts, cut in half, toss w/ a bit of oil and place them cut side down right on the cheese. Roast until the tops get browned and the cheese is frico'd.

My mom hates brussell sprouts then one year my H made the above recipe and she was like, wow! This is good!

I was a very picky eater as a child, now I eat almost anything. I married a man half Indian and now I love vegetarian Indian food. I also now love falafel and dolmas. My H and I laugh because I can now eat more spicy things than him.
