You must be old

They might just be not-obese.

Sounds more like inactive with no blood circulation.

I'm think and workout hard 6 days a week. Home is kept 65/66 day, 63/64 night. Perfectly comfortable.

This is evolving for us -- we moved into a house in April that has lots of gorgeous windows. Our heating bill was shocking. We had an HVAC person come out, and it turned out there was an issue there and now it's resolved our bill should come down, but I am still committed to lowering our thermostat to save money as well, which is something we never gave thought to before.

We have been setting it at 63 at night (I think I want to knock it down to 60) and the same when we are gone during the day, and putting it at 68 while home and awake. I keep telling my DH we could put it lower and just wear a darn sweater, but he doesn't like that idea.

72 in the winter and 74 in the summer. Same temp both day and night. It does get a little hot upstairs in the summer though.

65 when its on. And i would make it 60 or 62 but the thermostat doesnt seem to allow any lower than 65. Anyone know how to change that?
I wind up just turning heat off until it feels too cold at around 55-59

65 at night, 66-67 during the day. I’m bundled up in layers but the rest of the family is lounging in shorts and t shirts, so this is our compromise temp.
