Won't it be embarassing when the tiny states with 800,000 people get clobbered by the big ones with 41 mn people who have a lot more young people to choose from?

I’m also wondering where the arc is going to go. The mall is pretty crowded already. Should we just put it in the middle of Logan circle?

--Through a public-private partnership model via Freedom 250, a new nonpartisan organization launched on December 18 which will collaborate with states, businesses, corporations, organizations, and federal agencies to raise funds.
--The National Garden of American Heroes will primarily be federally funded with $40 million from the One Big Beautiful Bill to the Department of the Interior, plus additional grants (e.g., up to $34 million jointly from the National Endowment for the Humanities and National Endowment for the Arts) for statue creation.
--The triumphal arch appears to be privately funded, reportedly using contributions from supporters and potential leftovers from other donor-funded projects (e.g., a White House ballroom addition).
So basically they'll be using 1) taxpayer money and 2) private donations from corporations and individuals (provides even more opportunities for the wealthy to suck up to Trump in the hopes of getting favorable consideration for themselves or their companies).
