The whole thing sounds tacky and dumb. Who will let their kid participate in this embarrassing event? Black mark on them forever.
FYI the arch will be Memorial Circle, a traffic roundabout at the Virginia end of the Arlington Memorial Bridge, tying up traffic in the worst possible way for its entire construction.
