I still say they should give him a Sharpie and encourage him to rename things. Having Trump Ocean, Trump Lake, Trump River, Trump Mud Puddle, etc., might be confusing, but names can be switched back relatively easily after the next election. Rebuilding alliances, restoring national security, bringing people back to life that died because they lost their healthcare, etc., are fixes that are considerably more complex. He is doing so much irreparable damage that his naming fetish seems harmless in comparison.
