we only get results for our own team.
Given how meets are handled by paper etc it seems odd that an opponent coach would take pictures of the other team's results to then send out to the team so that a parent could view it.
We get a copy of the hand scored meet sheet - so both teams are on there.
Scores or times? Because someone is asking for times I'm pretty sure (that's what "results" means based on how it is written).
The times and places are on the hand scored sheet which VHSL requires the meet be in its hand scored sheets. It is then signed.

Pester your coach and/or computer operator. VHSL requires the use of Hytek for the State Champs meets, so most HS teams in VA use Hytek for HS meets. If the meet is run using Meet Manager, it is literally like 15-20 clicks to push the results to Meet Mobile and Swimcloud. There is no VHSL policy against doing this. AFAIK, there are no counties in NoVA with policies against doing this. If your coach is both the computer operator and coach, volunteer to be the computer operator as your coach is completely overloaded.

Any Northern Virginia schools do this?
I don't think Swimcloud gets its results from Meet Manager, just Meet Mobile.

No need for speculation.

Does anyone's HS team offer practices over break? Our HS has not practices in the water over break; I'm unsure of this because of scheduling issues with FCPA or something else. I know for club swimmers on the team this is not an issue. Just curious what it's like elsewhere.
