DEI perpetuates racial divisions rather than fostering unity.
Further, the mandatory DEI training required at most universities has been shown to increase prejudice among participants, rather than ameliorating the problem.
The idea that diversity, equity and inclusion perpetuates racial divisions is itself stunningly obnoxious and racist.
PP is right that there is evidence DEI trainings result in increased prejudice in the trained populations. Whether or not you find us noticing “obnoxious and racist.”

There is a reason Alabama and Oklahoma are looked down upon.
I read that paper. It was something like what a fifth grader would write. There is a theory she did it deliberately to play poor put-upon Christian victim.
She didn’t even cite the Bible. She just said something about the Bible says there are only two genders (which it does not, but I digress.)
That paper she wrote was so bad and honestly it makes Oklahoma look bad. How did she make it to Junior year writing like that?

But the TA gave the student a 0 because they were throwing a fit. Guarantee the passing and even B range grades were no better, in citation or writing quality.

And organizations.

It’s not about prohibiting free speech - it’s about finding inequality. The papers can continue. It’s the federal funding to the school, which, in turn, funds these papers that is the problem.
