Knowing that a judge would be reading them at some point if necessary should do the trick.
PP here. Spouse already knows the judge will read texts (in proper format for being read). Lawyers have provided ample reminders. Still cannot change. I really do mean cannot, not will not or chooses not. At this point I'm assuming all OFW will give me is ability to only read messages when I log into the app, communication style will not change.
