What’s your diet like, OP? I have lost 50 lbs on Ozempic over 2 years, but I’ve switched to a low-carb way of eating, and I don’t take in more than 1500 calories a day. Ozempic helps with not feeling hungry. I try to make sure that whatever I do eat is as nutrient-dense as possible.
