This is my best friend's husband. He's been like this since they got married so she knew what she was getting. Was yours the same? That would be really difficult for me as we age and you start to see serious issues with friends.

Subject: Are you and DH / DW in good shape?
I'm overweight but reasonably fit - work out 3-4x a week, bloodwork and other health markers are all good.
DH is obese and prediabetic. He isn't making much progress on it and I worry about his health.

DH is extremely fit. I am not as fit I would like to be, but not obese either. DH is still very attracted to me.
