Some immature kids like to say stuff that's offensive just to get a rise out of other people. Most boys grow out of that behavior. Others are emotionally stunted incels, who are really sociopathic (but fortunately most of these remain keyboard warriors in their basements). In neither case will they actually drag their asses to the polls to vote.
