I believe we all know what sick is and you are being the idiot here pretending that I am suggesting a mild cold means I am saying stay home. But we are only hearing op's side and they could have been sicker than they say. All I am saying is if you are really sick and I am not going to define it for you than you should stay home. I got a text from my boss this morning saying that Sue had emailed him 3 times over the weekend about my 'blatatant' disregard for the health of the office and wanted to know what the hell is going on.

I wouldnt mind her getting fired but I don't want to be the reason, especially since I work closely with Bill all the time.

I also know that people get set up all the time and I'm not certain this isnt one of those times.

Advice?

np to be honest, the bolded sounds like you have zero respect for women who stay at home. How do you know 'none of the women' like her and what does that have to do with your complaint? If you were sick you should have stayed home!

Are you her direct boss? Why not tell her directly that she needs to focus on her job and not give unsolicited advice? Has anyone told her that directly?
