Agree with this minus the writing a letter that other parents sign onto. And, realistically a team meeting will be tough because many people will be reluctant to speak up. If you are friendly with other parents you can gauge where people are at, but if not just meet with the AD yourself and focus on how school mission does/does not align with Coach’s approach.

DC has had multiple Jacksons, Cadens, and Aidens of various spellings at all three privates attended since toddlerhood to high school. It’s true I don’t remember any Jaydens, though.
It should be Jacks, James, Lukes, Maxes, Owenses.
