People claimed there was a GPA over which you get accepted and the AOs are lying when they say they don't just look at GPAs. Someone posted that their kid defies this "rule." So DCUM is wrong again.

Even if there is no rule or cutoff, trends can still be observed and can inform the application process for applicants.

Would your TJ student propose that a trend can be based on a handful if unverified pieces posts on an anonymous message board? No, they'd get an F if they tried to do that. We have Naviance and the counseling office for verified information.

I don’t even understand what you’re saying but are you relying on a dcurban poster’s story as proof that a prior belief is incorrect?

The law school person came in here and didn't seem to understand what the thread was about.
