N Arlington has a decent amount of MAGA for its liberal reputation but it’s not in your face or openly broadcast. 80% to Kamala still means 1 out of 5 people voted for Trump. We know a ton of MAGA Republicans who own homes and are raising families here (and sending them to APS). I’d bet at least a handful of people you assume are Dem are actually MAGA based on the 80/20 split.

Using the NYTimes' 2024 election map I'm not seeing a lot of viable options for a ghoulish guy like that in this area
