Ridiculous question implying winning requires 100% of the vote. Porter's immediate response identified the pointlessness of the question.
Who is this reporter? (gold cross necklaces tend to lead me to think Republican, because they use them to make political statements)
Unreasonable question. Whether she handled her own response skillfully might be an issue but let's look at the setup.
Maybe she should have just said "Newsom's margin in 2022 was 59%, so I'm good with 60%."
The question doesnt make any sense at all
I don't understand why it kept being asked.
That said her job is being a politician and she handled it very poorly.

Apparently, Katie Porter is too important (in her own mind) for follow up questions - even when the reporter very clearly told her that ALL the candidates had answered them.

She didn’t seem prepared. If other candidates were interviewed beforehand and asked the same questions and follow ups, Porter should have watched every opponent’s interviews. She didn’t do her homework.
Don't know much about her since I’m on the opposite coast. Probably spotted her in congressional hearings, but not memorable enough. This was a bad look. I wouldn’t vote for her unless it was a hold my nose and vote. She should take a page from Harris who had much more stacked against her.
