Principals are protected at all costs. Teachers are fired when they report the violence in their classrooms. It's a pretty simple frame work.

This needs to be investigated- why was a principal who showed up to work drunk, sexually harassed staff, made inappropriate comments to students, and failed to get timely medical attention for a student allowed to keep his job, albeit a demotion to ap rank.

As this corruption becomes the culture bully Karen teachers start picking on new teachers to get admin off their own back. It's like pass the abuse down the line.

No one reported him.

Geez, what is the deal with this type of work culture - that no one would report him for drinking at work and he is in charge of children.

MCPS has an organizational culture of fear and retaliation, which enables bad actors to thrive.

Teachers, I am so sorry.

Yes they're supposed to be evaluated by their director. Sometimes if they're not succeeding they are demoted back to AP.

The directors are overly sympathetic to principals. A much better principal evaluation system is needed.
