Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:So what team does a dec child play?
They play down a year from what they are currently playing. So a december 2011 will join the january 2012s.
My August 2012 will likely quit if she’s force to play with younger kids. No plans for college so will just do a different sport.

Thats very silly.
She can choose to play "up" or play with her own grade.
She can only “choose” what her club offers. Especially if there’s a strong 2011 moving down.
She plays because she likes her teammates, not because she’s got a passion for soccer.

Perfect is the enemy of good.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:And?Anonymous wrote:There will still be trapped kids.
And? If it was to make a change, then make it to fix the issue. This does not solve it and still leaves kids trapped. Go grade year or allow each state to be based on their state's enrollment cut-off. Works great for some states, not for others.
