Just an FYI because I reached out to someone that has administered hundreds of doses of Narcan. He said there is no time limit for administering Narcan as long as the patient is still alive. Agonal breathing can go on for a while, so unresponsive patients are not unusual.
Did you watch the video? He was already dead no heart beat for a while before they bothered to even try the narcan.

He had no heart beat according the first responders in the video.

There have been multiple stories on it in ALX Now and I have received multiple emails from the city about it. If the investigation shows there was negligence by the officers, I'm sure it will become a bigger story.
How has this not been in the national news?!
