Just an FYI because I reached out to someone that has administered hundreds of doses of Narcan. He said there is no time limit for administering Narcan as long as the patient is still alive. Agonal breathing can go on for a while, so unresponsive patients are not unusual.

There have been multiple stories on it in ALX Now and I have received multiple emails from the city about it. If the investigation shows there was negligence by the officers, I'm sure it will become a bigger story.
