Subject: Mid ranked State schools but full merit
Free college sets a kid up better than anything! Coming out of school with no debt or having money for grad school would be awesome. there are some good schools on this list.

I probably would not pick Wyoming because Cheyenne is not great.

Yes, I would be OK w that. Some of those schools have really good programs.
For example, at least 5yrs ago, UNM had a top 15 nuclear engineering program. If you can get that for free or almost free, why not?
