I find it frustrating that all the elected officials are silent on the issue that directly affect so many Marylanders. Wes Moore prefers to vacation on Clooney's yacht when all this is happening in his state.

Yeah, the aggressive UHC PR push is falling flat. They probably pay out nicely for their executives' and flacks' medical care. The rest of us get denied and stonewalled.
This. Unfortunately, this is the only insurance that my employer offers. I wish I could switch.

It’s disappointing because the Johns Hopkins name once represented high-quality care, but now it seems more focused on revenue generation. Based on my experience, I will need to find another provider regardless they are in or out of network.
I was just charged an office visit during a physical even though there was no care or advice given. Were you able to get them to recode the visit?

Coincidentally (?) my company’s healthcare insurance switched over from UHC to Bluecross Blueshield this year for employees living in the mid Atlantic region. I work for a Fortune 500 company so I am thinking negotiations also didn’t go their way and we all ended up having to switch. I actually do use JHU so I guess it worked out… for now…

and most of us only have one choice. Like before I had Cigna Crap or Cigna less Crap more Money and now I have the same two choices but only with United. Of course I pick less crap more money but it's always just more money and all the crap. I can't believe we have to put up with this. Can't we all get into the exchange and make a statement?
