As a starter: Clubman, Pinaud. Inexpensive, traditional, after shave.

You are ignorant. OF COURSE, they do. Have you talked to any HS boys lately?

Taking a shower, wearing deodorant AND wearing cologne are not mutually exclusive.

Your 14 year old boy needs a shower with dial soap and some deodorant. That's it. No one wears cologne anymore certainly not 14 year old boys.

OP, I bought a sampler for my kid from Target. It was for Christmas; otherwise I agree with a pp to let him choose.

Lol, I meant to say have you ever known one? It’s harmless and they think it makes them cool.

Harmless? Seriously? I thought people in DMV were smarter than that.

We are, which is why we don't give in to your perceived harm from sniffing a bit of cologne occasionally.

It’s not harmless. Ask a person who gets horrific debilitating migraines from cologne. Ask a HS teacher.

Sounds like you should be on disability and not in the classroom. I can't with this cologne/perfume drama queens anymore.

+100%.

Isn't cologne a gay thing ?

Yeah, all the teen boys who wear cologne are gay. All of them. That’s exactly right.

Wearing perfume/cologne will limit the number of people who will want to interact with you. I’m talking peers/friends/romantic options/even teachers… and later, business associates…. Even doctors keep the visit much shorter with people who have strong smells like perfume/cologne.

It’s definitely not “cool”.

We had our 19 year old nephew stay with us for the summer. He wore Polo. I’m not a scent fan but the Polo was coming fine.

I’m thrilled that my teen boys are wearing deodorant. They’re not cologne-ready yet.

For some, it isn't Axe anymore but higher end colognes that are in. They watch tiktoks and know the ins and outs of various colognes and words like "dry down." A trip to Tyson's becomes a stop at LV to smell their cologne just to know what it smells like.

Oh FFS, you’ll be fine. But kindergarten and teen is not the same thing. You should not be in the classroom if cologne is “making you gag.” 🙄🙄
