I think my issue is stress and until my teens are out of the house (12th and 9th grade now) I just don't see that changing. Both are a lot of work, the situation is what it is. But I am so tired.

If you do, what is your secret?
That's incredibly unhealthy and makes 0 sense 4-6 max being 5?
It's a priority like anything else in life, and one I make sure doesn't get pushed aside lightly.

Same. Progesterone.

Used to be 1x a night so I'd sleep maybe 4 hrs + 4 hrs I'd go straight back to sleep. But now at 52, I find some night I pee 2-4x a night and it sucks! I'm exhausted on the toilet and I go back to sleep but just keep getting up to pee. I rarely drink and rarely take caffeine. But I don't exercise much and I'm def peri menopause, a bit overweight and snore. So it's likely a combo that's making me awake. I think that it's something most women experience OP.
