I think his face looks aged as a result of parenting stress, which is normal and nothing to get worked up over. Some people's faces age more dramatically when they become parents. Seems to be his case.

Stopping drugs doesn't make your jawline grow like that at age 30+. Just saying.... he def had plastic surgery, good plastic surgery. If I didn't see photos of him from before, I would think that's just what he looks like. He has an entirely different jaw/chin.

On the other hand, the ability to naturally conceive and carry a child in your 40s (without any fertility treatments whatsoever) is a good sign.

I think he is funny and moreso appreciate that his humor is kind rather than unkind. Generally slice-of-life humor that invites you in, sometimes self-deprecating, but never mean. (And his personal life has happened so publicly, I would be mortified rather than self-deprecating. So there's that.)
