You don’t have loose neck skin? Loose upper arm skin?
Anonymous wrote:2500 steps is a mile. Average pace for this would be 20 mins, so 7500 steps in one hour. Getting to 30K would take 4 hours of continuous walking. I suppose someone could do that if they didn't have kids at home to care for before and after work, but I would think on 700 calories you'd be absolutely exhausted and would not have the energy to exercise for four hours per day. Not to mention the walking alone amounts to 12 miles, which is 1200 calories for a 150 lb person. So your exercise calories would exceed your consumption calories each day. That would completely bomb most people's metabolism.

You're relying on the iPhone to log your steps?
M'kay; now the absurdity of your claims makes sense.
is there something wrong with that?
Yes. It’s not accurate.
Evidence?
The evidence is every one of us who walks 25K+ steps at Disney and know what that looks like. It can't be done in a normal workday.
Having said that, I think OP is probably on to something with the theory of "shrinking" your stomach for long term results.

How much water are you drinking a day? I assume you’re also taking something for electrolytes. You should post your daily diet. I guess if you are binging on egg whites and zucchini you can eat a lot of that.
I don't eat a lot of that either. I avoid high quantitate of food/bulk food even if it is low calories. the key is to keep the volume of food is small. this I think is what make me feel full with little food.
