DP. The regulations often aren't specific enough.

The USDA’s (and industry standard) definition for “Free Range” is that birds must have “outdoor access” or “access to the outdoors.” In some cases, this can mean access only through a “pop hole,” with no full-body access to the outdoors and no minimum space requirement.

We buy produce based on experience with certain vendors/stores over time. Sometimes the organic stuff looks and tastes like dog shit. So sometimes it’s organic, sometimes it’s not.

If you are eating mostly unprocessed produce and lean meats you are ahead of 99% of the world’s population anyways. Add in a decent amount of exercise and you are very privileged to be able to do that and you are approaching 99.95%

Alcohol can be organic. I drink an organic grain based vodka and organic corn-based beer. And I do Barre/Pilates 6x a week. I still am the same size I was in college, post 3 children too.
Alcohol causes breast cancer.

Alcohol consumption is linked with an increased risk of breast cancer. This isn’t the same as it causes breast cancer. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

You just had to push your prohibition nonsense again huh?

Good quality alcoholic drinks have many health benefits that outweight any potentional drawbacks. Quit drinking slop.

This is false. It’s the alcohol. Not the ingredients.

People have really been bamboozled about ingredients. Yeesh.

If that were true, then men would have more than women, since men drink around 75% of alcohol sales.

You are just pushing your religion on others.
