Huh? We get it every Sept.

I get that, but with school starting, and no word on the flu vaxx either, the implications for a double surge could be overwhelming. I was really hoping for at least Sept. Hope they get on it.
Come on now. There’s no evidence of that. There have been no “surges” to overwhelm medical facilities since 2020.
Im immune compromised and my doc is not recommending the COVID vax, but just flu and pneumonia.
There's literally a surge right now. There was a surge of flu and Covid this year and last. And, no it wasn't 2020 that overwhelmed hospitals, it was 2021 and 2022. And yes, there are still Covid deaths.
“Literally”? How would you know, there’s no group currently reporting on this.
There most certainly is, but why you aren't hearing about it is this has all been squashed by the CDC. No reporting. We are relying on independent waste water data.

Using a Sharpie to change or obliterate data does not cause the situations described by the data to go away. We have now seen Trump attempt this with:
-weather data
-infectious disease data
-economic data
Don’t be the know-nothing who thinks that no or positive-sounding data from govt means there is no issue. Confirm.

The old one is still available (from last year), but there is little hope of another updated one until 2029, thanks to trump. They’ve fired everyone who would approve it and set up redundant roadblocks to slow it down to a halt.
I’m still trying to figure out if I can get the one from last year without paying $150 or more out of pocket…is insurance covering it? I heard no.
Are you saying there is no updated variant Covid vax? That cannot be correct. There would be zero point in having last year's vax. Can someone check this?
Last years vax still offers protection, at least 4 months. There is a surge coming, strain that is a bit more infectious, so I’d get it. With so many if the population unvaxxed, or unboostered, it could be a problem.

Excellent point. However, I have heard of an uptick from several folks in healthcare.
