Breakfast complimentary. Stuffed with breakfast and then also got lots of breakfast stuff up in the room to make packed lunch and snacks for all, and used some breakfast stuff - fruits, yogurt, juice, muffins etc for dessert after dinner. We also cooked some easy dinners too - pasta, veggies and sausage in pasta sauce.
Come back for happy hour with complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres at 7. Went back for fireworks.
You dragged four kids back to the hotel for happy hour then dragged four kids back to the park for fireworks? From that far at the residence inn?
4 kids? No, no.
1 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents. Kid and grandparents also needed a nap and leisurely pace at times.
Why are you even commenting on this thread then? You sound spoiled.

Anonymous wrote:Question for Residence Inn type hotels. Do they have more than one bathroom? 6 people to one bathroom does not sound pleasant.

Parents in separate rooms is not a vacation. That is a trip.

Anonymous wrote:Not all hotels offer max capacity of 6, but SOME Hampton Inns, Embassy Suites, Springhill Suites, Residence Inn and Hyatt Places do. Also resort type places (Kalahari, Great Wolf Lodge, etc.) have large rooms for 6+.
We are a family of 6 and we've done everyone in 1 room, "suite" type rooms where you're getting a bedroom and living room with a pullout couch, one large room with 2 beds and a pullout couch, 2 separate hotel rooms, and AirBnB/VRBO. It really just depends on the hotel, location, and costs.
