Your day typically begins before 9, though. IIRC from when I was dating someone who had that job, 1 hour of travel time counted toward time worked and they also had to be at the site 30-60 mins prior to the start, so that counted as well.

Anonymous wrote:Listen, regardless of whatever it says, if you're an attorney, you have telework privileges.
I'm in Enforcement and we most supervisors are very understanding. You can't make it a regular thing, but if you suddenly have to pick up a kid or have a doctor's appointment scheduled, then go ahead.

But the 5th one, which is for Executive Staff, says “telework eligible — YES - as determined by agency policy.”
Interesting. So will some positions now be able to telework?
Commissioners and their counsel travel a lot and have insane hours. It is likely the same adhoc that everyone has but given the long days, being able to TW doesn’t necessarily mean you are not in the office all day. It could be that you are in the office all day and then go home and TW after hours.
He is also advertising to the regions, which is interesting. It’s not telework, but I appreciate the geographic flexibility.
Not sure how “insane hours”’ is relevant. Everyone is allowed to telework as long as they’re in the office during their official schedule hours. This posting gives yge impression that TW is permitted even during their official hours.
No it doesn’t. If you worked there you would know.
