The doctor has reported he’s just a typical over 70 year old! All normal! Lying pieces of crap have lied too many time before over trivial things like height. They have no credibility.
Unless he’s had a full cardiac work up they cannot rule out heart failure.

If the veins in his legs are inefficient, then his heart is unable to keep his brain optimally perfused and oxygenated, which causes cognitive impairment.
