Just make sure to offer her a token of your appreciation upon returning home.
You can offer her money but she may feel uncomfortable accepting any.
If that is the case - - then maybe you can bring her back a thoughtful souvenir from your trip.
Or even taking her out for a nice lunch along w/a matinee would be appreciated. 💚

When I ask the neighbor for something like this, I usually get them a gift from the trip or a gift card.
