This or the Homestead. The food is better at Nemacolin but the Homestead is more attractive. Both are lux enough and good environments for toddlers. Our oldest, now 22, literally took some of her first steps in the lobby of the Homestead.

I wouldn’t drive that far with a toddler and I it’s easier to take his/her stuff if you drive. I’d be looking at the Homestead or the Williamsburg Inn.
Neither destination is appropriate for a toddler.
