Anti Zionism is a cloak for antisemitism. So you can stop the BS now. Thanks.

lol. Zionism itself is antisemitic. It espouses the belief that Jews do not belong to non-Jewish societies. It tacitly accepts the antisemitic notion that Jews are unassimilable.

Even Hannah Arendt argued that Zionism delegitimizes the Jewish diaspora. Zionism denigrates the actual lives, cultures, and identities of most Jews historically and even today who identify with pluralistic societies.

Nationalizing Judaism is anathema to Jewish culture, which in many ways is rooted in exile, law, and ethics. Zionism flattens the Jewish experience and the Jewish identity into unequivocally supporting a political body, without question.

He believes NYC is special, and also that its constituent neighborhoods are special as well.

DC lacks a lot of the character of NYC, but we have things that make us special as well. It's just that every DC mayor has focused on a handful of constituent parts rather than the city as a whole.

We don't know how he'll govern. We know he ran a good campaign. Give it some time.
