Insulting those who suffered through the Holocaust.
And to almost everyone else.

Well yes, but you don't get to torture people at Dick's so there's no real draw there for a certain type of person.
They're going to have to end up helicoptering people in for their shifts. Great use of taxpayer dollars!!
These responses show just how out of touch DC dwelling Democrats are. The job is going to pay close to $80,000 a year with free room and board. That’s actually a really good deal for someone and say their 20s who’s looking for a full-time job to bank money.
And you do realize people already live in and around that area, right?
You do realize it’s located in the middle of a 720,000 acre preserve in a town with a population of 131? It’s about a 2 hour drive from Miami-Fort Lauderdale. That’s a hell of a commute.
Which is why there is free room and board.

I knew someone would bring up the awesome perk of living in a mosquito infested hellhole as a plus. You must be out of touch because there are plenty of jobs paying that much outside of the miserable Deep South.

Are these ads real? They are looking for guards to work at Alligator Alcatraz in the worst conditions, forced to live where they work for low pay.
Click the Montreal Gazette link, it’s safe, for more info.

In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive external security, working in close collaboration with our custodial officers to ensure the secure supervision and movement of the facility population, and compliance with all facility regulations and protocols. This position requires a strong commitment to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to critical incidents.
Work Environment-
Employees may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
WTF? Zyklon-B?
I do not doubt that trump, Homan and their goons would love to murder illegals.
I hope the International Red Cross will request inspection.

The ad said they would be exposed to extreme hot and extreme cold. That makes me think no AC.

I read a description of the tented structure and there will be AC, but there will also be mosquitoes, and disease-bearing ones at that.

Similar postings occur for overseas security roles in hellholes around the world to protect oil and gas facilities, food distribution sites in Gaza, to provide security on commercial vessels subject to attack by pirates, etc. Nothing new about jobs in difficult environments.
