I got lots of cabbage around St Patrick's Day. I cooked up a batch for dinner and the next day was bent over double with gastro related cramps. Beware of over consuming if you suffer these side effects like me!

Chinese Chicken salad! I use a bottled low carb sesame dressing. A recipe linked but plenty others on the internet. You can also add crunchies for kids.
