Eh,, the sun wakes me up early so I just take a 30 minute nap if I'm really tired in the afternoon.

I live in AZ like running and despise the treadmill. If I want to run outside there is no other option than getting up early. Even my 6am runs are pushing it. I really should go around 5:30 but I like to sleep.
