I assume they came across the border illegally because they couldn't get a visa?

I think that’s why illegals are not seen as a problem by democrats.

+1
Democrats see them as "ass wipers."

That’s why they are so angry about Trump deporting illegal immigrants.

Why not stay in your own countries?

Does no one on dcum have a parent in a rehab facility or an assisted living facility? Look around and who is doing all the hard work in these facilities. And unless you want to let your elderly parents or someone else's elderly parents to sit in a pile of crap, you better get ready to do some butt wiping yourself or find something that's willing to do this difficult job.

So let’s import poor brown women and underpay them to do a difficult job dealing with elderly people, the sick, and feces.

I don’t know how this is something anyone would publicly admit to thinking.

You are basically underpaying brown women for a hard job.

This is not something that is new. The free Blacks and immigrant Irish and Scottish did this type of work in a low wage status.

So we haven’t evolved and progressed as a society since then?

Who assists the elders that are your responsibility with their toileting? Just because apparently we can't discuss this in polite society doesn't mean there's not crap all over the place for people that need assistance with toileting.

So we need brown women helping white Americans?

Could you be any more foul?

What are you bloviating about?. Last time I checked all humans of all ages of all races poop. And where do you live that your nursing homes and rehab facilities are segregated by race?

Democrats are defending importing brown women to work in low paying jobs caring for elderly patients in nursing homes.

This conversation has nothing to do with pretending elderly people don’t need care, it’s just we don’t agree that illegal immigrants should be the caregivers.

A female democrat elected official is defending the use of illegal immigrants as ass wipers.

Blah blah blah. Instead of your whining and complaining, let's hear your plan.

CA minimum wage for fast food workers is $20/hr. Why would anyone want to earn $3/hr less than a McDonald’s employee for significantly harder physical labor? It’s insulting that the farmer is implying they’re being generous with that wage.

Because this was said three years ago. They still don't go even for $20/hr.

People like me know from long experience that, under the manipulative rhetoric that only Republicans are racist and Democrats are just so openhearted, both parties have maintained racist and disgusting immigration policies. In fact, Obama was worse than Trump has ever been.

The way Obama terrorized immigrants regardless of legal status has been memory holed because Democrats don't really care. Under Obama, ICE snatched undocumented immigrants off the streets like Trump is doing, but Obama outdid Trump because his ICE agents routinely abducted and terrorized naturalized citizens too purely based on country of origin. I personally have citizen family members who were held for weeks at ICE facilities under excuses like the State Department records show you're citizen, but the Social Security Administration doesn't have record of your naturalization, so cool your heels in this retrofitted, overcrowded upstate NY jail for no reason at all while we deny to your family members that we have you. Obama's administration was the first time I ever felt afraid to be an immigrant in America, even though I am a highly educated, law-abiding, naturalized citizen. Suddenly, TSA started detaining me for hours a time for extra vetting every time I went on vacation or a work trip outside the country. My career suffered terribly.

I didn't hear anything about sanctuary cities back then when it was a Democratic president terrorizing immigrants. Blue state authorities didn't hesitate then to cooperate with ICE agents in knowingly unlawfully seizing even legal immigrants. Just a handful of nonprofits made themselves available to help us and we could hardly get on the news.

So, any immigrant who has been here long enough knows that Democrats aren't fighting Trump's stepped-up deportation policies out of high mindedness. It's because first and foremost fighting Trump is good politics for them. If Trump issued an executive order declaring the color of the sky to be blue, Democrats would oppose it just because. Second, the white, wealthy business interests that fund Democrats want to keep immigrants as an underpaid, exploited, and highly profitable underclass. That's why Democrats are inculcating their base with their oligarchy's talking points by pointing out how they need us as ass wipers. And, as you fine people here show, their upper middle class white base is very accepting of those talking points because you're not good people either. Stop lying to yourselves that you're not just more delusional, sometimes better educated versions of your MAGA relatives.

When you get upset about Trump's racism, let us know. Otherwise, you're just another MAGA fool.
