Did the tiki torch march resulting in a death and Trump’s " fine people on both sides" remark happen at UVA?
Remind me again. Why did the Proud Boys and the like go there?
Because they were taking down Confederate statues. Charlottesville didn't march on itself. Hate groups marched on them.

“Roughly 45% of schools received a D or F grade. It appears initially that the ADL negatively graded many institutions for acts of constitutionally-protected speech, protest, or student-led referenda. The University of Virginia was founded on the principles of free expression and student self-governance, and we will continue to honor those values, even as we continue to fully condemn antisemitism and all forms of bigotry and to support members of our community in this challenging time. We can certainly always improve, but we strongly disagree with the subjective conclusions presented in this scorecard.”
Of course they disagree. Did you expect a different response??
Anonymous wrote:The ADL has zero credibiliity. It is a pro-Israel lobby devoted to repression of free speech and thought in America. I don't understand how any Jewish person thinks this is good for Jews.

Yup. I’m Jewish and have not viewed the ADL as a credible organization for a long time.
PP can you say more about this? Several DMV schools have done the ADL's No Place for Hate program in recent years. Should schools be thinking twice about signing up for this?
NP. It's complicated. The ADL and SPLC both remain very good resources on white supremacist groups/symbols, and I've never heard anything about No Place for Hate that would make me concerned.
On the other hand, ADL takes such an expansionist view of antisemitism as to almost strip the word of meaning, and also constantly obfuscates the legitimate difference between antisemitism and anti-government-of-Israel's-actions.
Moreover, their leadership has been cheering the detention of legal US residents who have been involved in pro-Palestinian advocacy. Not riots, not protests, just noting that Palestinians are human beings who are suffering. So, they are aligning themselves with folks like Stephen Miller for short-term "gain" but also throwing away some of the most important tenets of Judaism to do it. Moreover, I truly worry that collaborating with fascists is going to backfire on the ADL and on the Jewish American community more generally.

The South is the most anti-Semitic (and racist for other races, non-Christian religions) yet the admin has you believe it’s a NE elite issue.
+1 its a house of mirrors as maga controls the narrative
