Most Washingtonians feel the same way. This is just more of the same GGW nonsense that has been behind almost every bad policy decision of the past 5 years.

dc has more than its fair share of homeless people. You cannot be too nice of they will never leave and more will move here. The solution is give homeless people free bus tickets and flights to other cities.

GTFO stupid MAGA!

You’re an idiot

Trump doesn’t care about football. He cares about making deals. That’s his sport.

I’d rather see a giant mental asylum instead of a stadium. Someplace where all the free range crazy people who are self medicating on weed and pcp and living on the street can be confined and treated, and taken off the streets so they stop ruining the quality of life for everyone else who’s currently stuck with them in their free-range lunatic asylum.

This will be successful, and I think that is good.

Looks like there is a deal for the Council to support the stadium.

Features could include a giant carousel like the London Eye, a large lake for ducks and other waterfowl, serene rolling meadows like at Brooklyn’s Prospect Park, a forested portion with walking paths, a tree lined pedestrian promenade with benches and towering elms, etc.

Who has talked about that? You? Everyone else has been talking about a new stadium there for over a decade.

Only those with severe CTE would think that putting seven billion dollars worth of public resources into the hands of billionaires so that they can construct a stadium that may be used for a hundred hours a year if we’re lucky is a good idea.

Not to mention:

THIS IS TRUMPS NAZI STADIUM

I don’t want to pay for the stadium, but D.C. government officials have been trying to get the team back in the District since well before Trump.
