Is this your doctor's recommendation? 125 pounds at 5'7'' sounds too skinny and unhealthy to me.
Do strength training instead and love your body as it is now

Op - I mean I would love to be down 20-25 pounds but I don’t think I can do that without meds. I weighed 125 pounds when I got married.
