lol I had a conversation with a Trump supporter last summer who told me he was voting for Trump because of inflation- everything is so expensive and he’s barely getting by. Then over the weekend i saw him again and asked him about the tariffs and he said he’s all for them and it’s a reset that we will endure the hardship to come out stronger on the other side.
It’s a cult. Period. The end.

Look into the history of the phrase 'drinking the Koolaid'. It was leftists who drank the koolaid prepared by Jim Jones, who was being praised by Democrat leaders.
Gross misrepresentation. Jones had some limited connections with a small handful of San Francisco politicians, but nothing even remotely resembling widespread Democrat support and absolutely nothing on the level of MAGA. And then it was Democrats who began criticizing and investigating his group's activities, unlike the Republicans who are spineless cowards unwilling to acknowledge the grift and corruption we all see.
That just leaves you with the craven Cult of Trump. Do better.

Good! This means the price of fish will go down: more supply to meet demand.
See how Trump is doing what he said he would do? Hopefully Vance(if he runs) will continue making America gooder again.

LOL. I had a conversation with a DEM before the election, who told me that she always votes for the DEM because celebrities say so. I asked why she couldn’t make her own decisions, she replied that not how most DEMs like her vote and they usually follow celebrities and MSM and vote accordingly. She also said her side (DEM) is always right and the rest of other parties, like independent, Repub..Green are just plain wrong…and she hopes others will join DEM so we can all be in utopia soon.
In the mean time, she going to push hard for men in women’s bath room, playing girls’ sports, etc.. and creaming everything is bad now.

I would just stare at them incredulously, with eyebrow raised after an answer like that. Let them know that what they are saying is completely full of shit.

The only highlight of this is the MAGA cult is going to suffer just as much of the rest of us, and most likely more. Job loss and starvation sucks, and so do pandemics, but if it keeps the MAGA from surviving long enough to breed more MAGA idiots, humanity will be better off in the long run.
Hate that we’re in the “burn it all down” timeline, but if we have to be here best that the MAGA houses burn first and hardest.
MAGA doesn’t understand what’s happening. That’s why they are so sanguine.
Their tune will change come summer. Even FOX won’t be able to spin the cognitive dissonance.
