Can you tell me about the insertion process? Is it painful like iUD? I never did well with menstrual cups, so am nervous about things like this. But I also kept getting yeast infections when I was using transvaginal estradiol w/the applicator -- even when I washed it in hot/soapy water after each use. It was such a nuisance.
