NP/lurker on this thread and forum.

I have attachment issues (not “issues” but early-caught issues) with my teen and teen dynamics.

It was my wake up call to emphasize my hobbies. I had to “get a life.” Thats what I think about now. Supporting my kid but focusing on my own stuff.

Op you should go that. I say it with utter kindness.
