Nope. I love a bed snack. I’m super careful with crumbs too as it’s a sensory trigger for me. I can’t remember when I started doing this, but it must’ve been after motherhood. I like hiding in my room for a few minutes and it means I can focus on myself. It’s usually just on Sunday afternoons but have been known to take dinner to my room.

I don’t eat whole big meals with plates and stuff.
People, snack in a small bowl or a pre-wrapped bag, not meals.

I love to eat in bed. I eat carefully and the dirty dish doesn’t stay in the room for long. No bugs. No crumbs.
