I don't belive that for a second! You've been applying for over a year and none had more than M or F? lol lol Ok! The gender question with lots of answers is nearly on every application the sexual preference/orientation question less often but still consistently out there.

It is always a voluntary request which you can choose not to answer. That isn't illegal.
