ICE has had their ability to enforce immigration laws restored to previous levels, which were/are required to perform those task(s) for which they were created. ICE is a combination of civil and criminal authorities to protect national security and strengthen public safety. ICE is federal law enforcement agency.
If not "literally off the streets", where would you prefer that those in violation of the law be apprehended?

Please, feel free to list the kidnappings by some random civilian wearing an "ICE vest". Your argument is beyond ridiculous.

People are not being arrested for protesting...they are being arrested for breaking the law. If charged/prosecuted, they must be proven guilty in a court of law.

Apparently, you didn't get the memo that the "colluding with with Russia" was a fabricated act of treason...funded by Hillary Clinton, & implemented by the Obama/Biden administration, the DOJ/FBI & their holdovers.
The classified docs case includes a special counsel/prosecutor unlawfully appointed, staged photos by the FBI, amongst other unethical practices.

If it doesn't come from Fox News, they are not going to believe it. Trust me. I've tried with the MAGAs in my life.

And Fox News won't report on the truths. They skirt the issues as much as possible and put the biggest spins on every story. If they can 7-degrees-of-Kevin-Bacon connect an issue to being Biden's fault, you bet your ass they do!

I can present my brother or uncle with 10+ reputable new sources, but if none of them are Fox News or even a Fox affiliate, they call it fake news/liberal agenda and won't believe it.

ICE has had their ability to enforce immigration laws restored to previous levels, which were/are required to perform those task(s) for which they were created. ICE is a combination of civil and criminal authorities to protect national security and strengthen public safety. ICE is federal law enforcement agency.
If not "literally off the streets", where would you prefer that those in violation of the law be apprehended?

You're mostly right about the simple facts. Considering Trump's supposed focus on border security and immigration reform during his first term and the fact that there were millions of undocumented people on American soil during his 1st term, why didn't we witness this deportation spectacle during his first term? I'll tell you why. Because everything he has done since his second term began has been over the top and unnecessary to achieve his stated goals. Nothing has been about efficiency and effectiveness. It's about optics and presenting the wow factor to his cult.
