It wasn't a UFO. Or an alien.

I have been reading the work of Diana Pasulka. She is a professor of religious studies. She believes that what people have experienced as contact with angels might have been what we call UFO's. Check out her work for a much more thorough explanation.
Many educated people, scientists and mathematicians, are beginning to consider some of these experiences as cross dimensional.
I know this all goes against a lot of faith based beliefs but I am left questioning.
Are any other spiritual people on here aware of these ideas? What do you think?
My friend in college said once people got all hepped up on science God switched out the angels for UFOs.

Yes, other intelligent life is possible. Until there is clear evidence that aliens are visiting us, then all these claims are bunk.
For the record, there have been congressional hearings on UFO's. Military personell have testified to unexplainable crafts they have witnessed.
Congressional hearings aren’t exactly the gold standard for serious thought.
Congress also had closed meetings on the topic along with public. You can do the research yourself.
Nothing needs to be researched here; it was well covered in the news. Again, congress holding hearings or meetings on a topic does not lend legitimacy to that topic.
Congress holding hearings on a topic means congress is trying to learn more about it.

Like the way the person would describe UFO if they were living at the times when they didn’t know what spaceship or airplane or even car is.
FFS, it wasn't that "they didn't know what [a] spaceship ... or even [a] car is." Those things didn't exist.
They didn't exist ON EARTH
Yeah? Which is where the people the PP referred to existed?

OP really means "I am a Catholic but not a very good one." Good Catholics only believe in Catholic dogma.
