Expensive iphones will be more painful for us than for Republicans. Republicans will just buy phones from Musk, Bezos, and Zuckerberg. But for many of us it’s…iphone or look poor. And now that will be even more true. I’d definitely spend $2000 to avoid being seen with a poor person alternative phone. Not sure about $3500

Electronic items like smart phones are not designed to last more than 3 years; 5 at best. I used to keep my phone until the OS stopped updating. But, now a days, there's so much stuff in the software that the system starts slowing down after 3 years.

They are for people who actually buy their phones like in Europe or Asia. In the US the cost of your phone is hidden in your monthly phone bill. It’s like leasing an expensive car- price does not matter. iPhone users really do not know how much an iPhone cost.

Current price of iphones is already expensive and not because of the cost of labor and materials. Don't be stupid. You know well that margins have to be maintained to pad the pockets of shareholders. You underestimate the good old greed. Prices come down when nobody is buying. There is always somehow "room for sales", haven't you noticed?
Also, whenever there is hype and "shortage" and we are told to expect higher prices, higher prices inevitably come, hmm. Fools will be charged whatever they are willing to pay.

They call themselves Purists and the only reason why MAGAs aren't bigger users of these phone models is because of their prices. The Librem 5 USA costs $1999 and the Liberty Phone costs $2199. I work in digital forensics. Purism likes to tout that they are the anti-big brother phone, but their reliance on open-source tech and their proprietary OS makes the phone pretty unsecure. They market it as having "kill switches" to make it super secure, but when I finally got my hands on one last year, all 3 software I use got me full dumps and access to everything on the phone. Lease secure phone I've encountered, lol.
