Sperm is created daily in a man, and is never older than 30 days old roughly, so age doesn't matter in regards to healthy sperm.
I love the essay, "the real biological clock is when you die." IMO, it's less about fertility and
more about the time you have with your kids. If you have your kids earlier, you get more time with them, more time with potential grandkids, and your kids have more time with their grandparents. On the other hand, you shouldn't rush finding a good spouse and you have to be in a place where you want to be a good parent and are prepared to alter your lifestyle accordingly.
