that is so ignorant. Actual victims of crimes exist. These co-op bond release people place their “high values” over the safety of others in the community. I am pretty sure these people took over and took reigns of the non-Potus- party. I just can’t get behind this “forced fantasy of goodness” of the world!

The "final order for removal" was bogus. the man was here legally, is married to a US citizen and hadn't done anything wrong.

His attorney says the only reason ICE had to deport him was the word of a confidential informant.

Why would the Trump administration admit they wrongfully deported him if in fact everything was fine and dandy and they sent this man away for valid reasons?
The final order of removal was an error, just like when SSA declares you dead by error. The Trump administration screwed up, and may well cost this man his life, especially now his name has hit the press.
There should be a way to fix this

Deporting people who are here legally and haven’t committed any crimes does absolutely nothing to reduce crime. The people who stole your car are still here. Instead of hoping innocent people are released soon, let’s not waste resources removing the wrong people in the first place. People should be deported with due process for reasons that involve actual evidence and not simply on the word of a snitch who was probably offered something in exchange for naming gang members.

The far left uses selective empathy (eg religious freedom =bad. Sexual freedom= good) to bolster their world view. There opposing camps are in opposition and kept far apart since it’s too much work to think of nuance. They then work backwards from the facts to maintain their fragile frameworks. They are ruthless to go after some mistakes (police) but equally relentless to forgive or overlook the mistakes of others (potential or actual criminals). If that is not mental gymnastics I don’t know what is.

That statement meant “ he was on the list so we deported him”.
It does not mean he was correctly placed on the list. Which is the point of the lawsuit. Someone f**d up by putting his name on the list, although I would not put it past Trump employee to put his name on the list intentionally, despite knowing he had ptotection.

Well.. to respond, a family member was just there w her boyfriend It’s nice now. their pres is getting less popular . I’ll go where the jobs are! I am also a native spanish speaker

Same PP. Property crimes are not the only crime that has happened against me. Please use your empathy to speak with victim of crime. They might allow you to consider other aspects and possibilities. And that enforcement is very hard
