I do agree with you about using fewer eggs. However, this was one of the things that Biden was blamed for, and something that Trump said he would fix. So I have no problem with people complaining about eggs.

Eggs are a staple in a lot of American cooking, and have been for a long time. You're asking most of the country to make a pretty drastic shift in their diet, when many of them depend on eggs as a formerly cheap protein, at a time when the cost of groceries has skyrocketed. It's not as simple as "just don't use eggs!" Dummy.

Yes Canada exported about 40 million dozen last year to the USA, and the USA exported about 180 million dozen to Canada.

That’s 140 million dozen eggs that we could use for ourselves.
